FastDL is an online media retrieval tool that operates strictly on public content. FastDL does not host, store, or archive any videos, photos, or audio files on its servers. All media files are delivered directly from Instagram's content delivery networks (CDNs) to the user's browser.

2. Submitting a Copyright Notice

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent and believe that a specific Instagram URL accessible via FastDL infringes your copyright, please submit a notice to contact@fastdl.io with the following details:

(a) Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; (b) The exact URL(s) of the material on Instagram; (c) Your full contact information (name, address, email, phone); (d) A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner; (e) A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate.

3. Action Taken Upon Notice

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notification, FastDL will promptly review the request and take necessary action, including blocking the specified Instagram URL(s) from being processed or downloaded through our service.
